Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. Daily torture, pain and a deep secret are the things that are breaking him more and more. George has a disease called "osteogenesis imperfecta" which causes his bones to break very easily. After tenths of bone breaks, multiple surgeries and even bullies who purposely break George's bones, he starts getting more and more hopeless... The two meet in an unexpected way, everything seems to get better. Right? Until the torture escalates more and more and there doesn't seem to be a way out anymore... Members of the DreamSMP are over at Dream's place when Sapnap and a few others begin to cross the line with Dreamnotfound jokes. Eventually, Dream has had enough of George being uncomfortable because of the sexual jokes and decides to knock some sense into Sapnap. The fight gets heated and Dream throws a punch at Sapnap, but misses.
