"Ugh please mom! I am begging you to bring me with you!" I begged my mom who was packing her bags.

"I'm sorry sweetie but I can't bring you with me, it is a work thing. that's why I have to leave you with dad" She put a couple more shirts in her suit case and looked up at my pleading face. "Besides It can't be that bad, his house is huge and has a lot of things keep you entertain."

I already knew my mom couldn't bring me with her but asking or more like begging wouldn't hurt. And besides I really don't want to go to my dad's house. I barely see my dad and when I do, it is for like five minutes and then he goes back into his office. Which is sad cause I only get to see him once a year because he lives far from where me and my mom live.

"Luci come on it can't be that bad make the best of it and stop complaining maybe you will find something or someone that could change your thoughts"

And hell yeah she was so right. This summer was so not going to be like any other at all.
