This story includes: heavy romance, drama, adventure, thrill, and more. I was inspired to make this story by a lawnmower ad I saw on youtube! Is this neighborhood as perfect as it seems?

The ages are like between 15/18 for most of the young characters, obviously 🥲😭 It's a Laurance X reader in the beginning but it will have Gene involved further on in the story, and yeah I know Gene is not that nice in the beginning but he changes. I'll try to add my characters and stuff. Also if any of you find this cringe, don't read it. IDC, This is meant for simps. I may not be the best at writing but I'm happy with this fanfic. Also if I add ideas to what you may have on or what your hairstyle is, things like that just know you can imagine yourself however you like.
