Everyone has a hobby in their life that they would like to pursue. This was also true for Kaede Tokoyami, who had always enjoyed writing. It didn't matter to her what it was exactly. Poems, presentations that she had to give afterwards, final papers that she had always written far too long. There were no better grades for Kaede. It wasn't important to her to get a better grade by having so many pages. She was simply in her own element at such times. In her hobby, which she wanted to pursue as her job. But there was a side to Kaede that had kept her from doing so all this time. Her uncertainty. Not knowing how everything might turn out, Kaede was afraid to turn her hobby into her profession. It wasn't until high school, when two girls convinced her otherwise, that Kaede decided to put her whole life into a novel, although she would still need a male protagonist. [Kageyhina] My edit above^ COMPLETED It was their toughest and hardest practice of the year. With the boys being hungry, Hinata and Kageyama set out late after practice to get some food. They strolled down the side of the road, Hinata walking in the middle with Karasuno's top setter on his left side and his bike on his right. As they slowly walked down the road eating their dumplings the nights shadows faded over them, the occasional street light flickering over the outlines of their bodies, coating the darkness surrounding them. After having a discussion between the two volleyball players, Hinata sadly turned to go back home; another light passing his body as he pushed on his pedals to head down the Mountain. Only this light seemed to be different from all the others. Very different. Something hard had smacked him in the back, pushing him off of his bike and into a thick metal railing. A painful red hand print now covered the spot between his two shoulder blades.

Hinata's biggest passion and love is volleyball. Common knowledge across everyone at Karasuno, Nekoma, Aoba Johsai, and practically every school to interact with, of course. Hinata's especially aware of this, so of course, when something concerns him that isn't related to volleyball, his team wants to know. The weird thing? Hinata doesn't even know what's concerning him. So, of course, with his team, Hinata tries to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. He's not going to let anything get in the way of his goals, after all. No matter what his goal is. (Oh by the way the art isn't mine especially when my stick figure drawings make it seem like a kindergartener could surpass me)

Shouyou's first day of high school is far more terrifying than it has any right to be. He thinks of being able to actually play on a real, powerhouse team for volleyball, rather than one cobbled together from friends and half baked promises of meat buns and helping them practice. Thinks of playing more than one match in all three years of his middle school career- one match that had ended in half an hour and been lost in straight sets. The thought of being a regular on an actual team is incredible, leaves him breathless and giddy, even as he sits at his polished desk, surrounded by unfamiliar faces who all seem to be familiar, but only with each other. It doesn't matter, though. Friends are nice but volleyball is better. He'll make it on Aoba Johsai's team, he has to- and if he doesn't, well. He'll prove his worth a thousand times over if he has to.

Shoyo knew he wasn't a girl. He knew he didn't like skirts or dresses or long hair or anything pink- it didn't even go with his hair! Telling his friends and family was the hardest thing he had to do. Trying to convince the schools to let him play as a boy was a lot harder but he was detirmed. He was going to become the ace of Karasuno! No one could stop him! They really did try though.
