Veronica dreams of the perfect family- or at least a functional one. She dreams to have the family that her estranged father now has.

She just wants his love, no matter the cost, no matter the effort, no matter the road it takes. She wants the same love that he shows his new children, the ones he had with his new wife, all in his new life.

She doesn't stop to think who she might hurt in the process, too fixated on receiving love from him. She doesn't think that perhaps while attempting to force someone to love you, that it'll break the hearts of those who already do.

It's just something she's going to have to figure out on her own.
