    I made my way over to my apartment but stopped in my tracks as I felt a presence near me. I turned around but saw nothing but the usual cream colored walls, the clock on the wall that said the time was 2.34 a.m. and the ginormous, ugly plant that was put in the corner for decoration by the landlord.
