It's hard for Wendy, John, and Michael Darling to think of a time where they were safe.
They all thought that would change when Peter Pan arrived at their home in London, promising freedom and happiness.
However Neverland is not as safe as its seems, and Peter Pan is not as fun as the stories tell.

Wendy sniffled and wiped her eyes. "The worst thing is: I was only there for a month, and he had this much impact on me."
Captain Hook shook her head. "Wendy, he abused you in every way possible," she said.
"Well, not every way," Wendy tried to defend.
"Physically? Didn't you say he slapped you?" she asked.
Wendy nodded.
"Didn't you say he forced you to do things sexually you didn't want?"
She hesitated, but nodded.
"Didn't he manipulate you, tear you down, and use your brothers to make you do things?"
Wendy looked down and nodded. She felt like she was on trial.
"He hurt you Wendy," Hook said in a more calm tone. She placed her hand on Wendy's, and looked into her eyes. "But you're not a victim."

(A Twist On Peter Pan) “I’ll kill you, you hear me? I’ll kill you!” My face was red as I fought against the ropes that bound me to one of the masts. “I’d like to see you try Alison, because you’ll fail. Peter has failed, and look at him now.” He gestured to Peter, who was on his knees and was getting punched and kicked repeatedly by a large group of pirates. “And why don’t we watch your precious Will.” He grabbed my chin and forced me to look at Will, who was suffering the same fate as Peter. “Oh and don’t forget about your dear little Lost Boys.” I heard a scream and looked at Aaron, who was being hit by a man three times his size. “Stop! He’s just a little boy, please. You have me, you have Will and even Peter; we’re whom you want. Just let them go, you’ve won.” I sighed as the wicked man grinned at me. “Very brave Alison, very brave indeed. Well men, she said let the boys go, so let them go!” He said and I went pale as I realized what I had done. “No! Stop!” I screamed but it was too late. I watched with tears in my eyes as a pirate picked up Aaron and set him on the plank. I started to thrash around in the ropes, and felt them loosen a little bit. Come on! “I never liked children.” Hook said absentmindedly as Aaron started to cry, and looked at me, and I smiled at him. “Think of the stars Aaron, think of the stars.” I whispered as his scream rang out through the boat, just as I broke through the ropes and attacked. As she and her brothers arrives to Neverland she finds out that a war is brewing between Peter Pan and his rival Captain Hook and that Peter Pan has a secret that he doesn't want anyone to know...especially Wendy Peter Pan had always only taken boys who most desperately wanted away from the world they hated. And one night as he's talking with one of the boys a girl with her golden hair barge in and thought she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. The next night he came back to watch her a little bit hoping that she would be the "mother" of the boys who were on Neverland. He offers her a chance of a lifetime to come with him but, she says only if my brothers can come long. And as they get to Neverland the battle that was brewing with his rival became stronger and put the girl named Wendy (who he started to like) in more danger then he thought.
