Isang napakalaking biyaya ang natanggap ni Police Inspector Stephen Villarama when the director of SIU gave him his own team, his agency is already handling serial murder cases. Isang kaso na susubok sa kanilang mga sikmura.

Stephen promises to be the leader of his members:, Katelyn Dominguez a very intelligent profiler, Althea Miller an obedient inexperienced, Casper Dela Torre na isang napakagaling na prosecutor, at si Angelica Aquino na isang napakagaling na Private Investigator.

He no longer thought that he was the only man on the team that was important to him to be able to give justice to those in need. Stephen did not have an easy time in his training then but he had to fight even though his parents opposed his police.
