Ryder and Rowan didn't seem like they were different from the others, but they were. They had their own version of a family secret. Their secret didn't stop at their family, no. This secret flows through many bloodlines, whether these bloodlines know it or not. This secret isn't something that they can just confide in others with. No, it's way to dangerous to do that. So Ryder and Rowan had to distance themselves from people without this particular secret. Well, Rowan distanced himself. Ryder tried but he's to much of a kind soul to do that. Now when the twins are in their last year of high school, it all goes downhill.
Now you must be wondering what their secret must be for it to be this serious. So I'll give you a hint. It starts with M and ends with agic. Now what do you think there secret must be?

A delayed flight. A stranger at a hotel bar. A one night stand. Stranded in New York for an extra night than planned due to a delayed flight, I needed to find a way to keep myself occupied, and I soon found that something.
