Fix Me, I'm Broken
Walking into an empty house is normal to me. I guess I got tired of saying 'I'm home' when nobody is home to reply. It wasn't always like this. I remember when our family was close. Now we don't see each other any more. We don't talk to each other. We don't eat with each other. We don't ACKNOWLEDGE each other. This all happened after my 'Mother' killed herself. My father blames me. This is my story about how I learned to not count on anyone else but myself. I'm broken. I'm used. No one can fix me. But when the New Boy in town tries to fix me, everything will change. Good change or Bad change, I don't know. Only time will tell. Have you ever felt like life wasn't enough, like you were going through the motions day in, day out, all you wanted was a change. Well one day I woke up and made that change, I was no longer the well behaved boy that did as he was told, I was a new person and I wanted to do things my way. I wanted to do what made me feel alive, even if that was murder of innocent people, I wanted to grab someone and watch the life drain out of their faces, it pleased me.. it made me feel alive. I Am Hated, Or So I Thought Volume 1
A mother who once tried to kill me. A sister who always found wrongs in me. A childhood friend who insulted me every time she talked to me. Classmates who accused me for everything that happened me. The teachers who didn't believe me. I wondered why. Ever since childhood, was there ever a time when someone ever protected me? The way everyone looked at me, I could feel daggers within the stares. Four good hours gone and yet nothing - no solution. I kicked a chair in my office hard sending it flying through an empty space as it crashed to the floor. Shelving off all the documents on my table to the floor, I created a perfect mess. The feeling of frustration engulfed me, tightening all the muscles in my body. It was like I was having a panic attack. I quickly helped myself to the bottle of whisky on the bar and drank uncontrollably from it. I remembered the last time I drank this way and what happened. But at this moment, all I needed was to forget everything that was happening. Closing my eyes briefly to relieve all of the tension, I opened them again but the pain was still there, the reality of my loss was dawning on me completely and I was helpless. 'Desperate times calls for desperate measures' that's what they say. Bryan a twenty-seven years old billionaire had a perfect life until Maryrose Brent, his mother decides to show up after ten years and a supposed dead uncle finally resurrects. Suddenly his perfect life takes a U-Turn and begins to crumble bit by bit before his eyes. Could it all be a mere coincidence or is there someone truly behind all of the happenings?
