Angel is a godling who's been around for billions of years, but the gods make sure that it seems she never existed at all. Locked away for eternity in the gods' world, Angel craves freedom. And freedom is what she gets, even for just a few hours, when she escapes the god world and revisits the mortals. But her little trip of liberty takes a turn for the worse, and what starts as a trip snowballs into a god-mortal mess.
