It's been 2 years since Jotaro, Kakyoin and Y/N defeated Yoishikage Kira with the help of the other stand users of Morioh, and on Y/N's 30th birthday, Jotaro and Kakyoin asked Y/N to marry them. In the town where Jotaro was sent to work, Morioh, stand users are popping up one after another. But they've been easy enough for the most part. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task.
