Here you are y/n l/n enjoying your life as a pro hero working along side your old high school friends until tragedy strikes. You become ill of a sickness no one knows about and soon you fall into a coma.But your very close friend izuku wont allow you to die so he goes on finding a cure for your disease. As time moves on izuku becomes more villain like killing and stopping anything that gets in his way. But the real question is......will he make it in time to save you?

Deku: The Feared Hero
For years and years Izuku fought to kill one person, one person who he had always thought deserved death more than any other villain that he had went against. All for One, the all powerful villain of the world, but to Izuku, he was known as the murderer of his friends.. no that's not good enough of a word to name them, they were his family. Why else would he go through the most unconventional and grueling of training to recreate their quirks and skills so they would stay with him, at least in someway. Shigaraki was only a pawn that was used in this game of life and death, and when All for one was no more, he was the only piece left in play that needed to be taken out. Izuku had once tried persuasion but it was painfully obvious that that option had long since passed. He could've only tired to take in Shigaraki alive, but his emotions drove him to an end that not even he wanted. But now, Shigaraki was dead and everything was gone. At least what made Japan his home was gone. It was then end and it was time for the final act, the death of the main character in Izuku's case. Falling (Depressed Deku Fanfic) (COMPLETE)
Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone.
