Phoebe just moved to California away from her only friends she has every had. She was never the girl to get asked to prom or get asked on a date except Nate her first boyfriend, until she meets Matt. Matt gets bullied and is a totally different person outside of school. In school Matt is shy and always keeps out of everyone's way but out of school he is nothing but outgoing. Maybe Phoebe and Matt can change each other for the better.
