Technically they weren't wrong, Izuku and Shoto won't change. After all, they can't turn from being what the class believes if they were never like that in the first place.

This story is definitely a slow burn, also there will be a lot of lgbtq themes and characters, so don't hate or I'll kick your ass.

Shōto was homeschooled before UA. He doesn't visit his mother right after the sport festival, but later on. He covers his scar until the second half of 1st year. He doesn't get the provisional hero license at all.
