If you decide to buy it, I will guarantee you enless comfort and happiness. There are only two special points about Eldertroy-manor that you should be aware of:

1. Wether you buy the house or not, you will always be the guest, not the owner.
2. As a guest you should show a little courtesy and follow the household rules.

If you keep these things in mind, nothing stands between you and the heaven of comfort. But only under one condition: Follow the household rules.
