The rest of her body going numb, she could only feel the pain in her chest. Upon looking down, she noticed the hole in her. Placing her fingers to it, she flinched as she felt her own flesh under her fingers, then fell to her knees, unable to cry or scream for help. Darkness edged her vision, and soon she fell over. The last thing she saw was a man looming over her, with a smile etched onto his features.
And then she woke up in a place doused in red.
