Luz Noceda was considered in many cases to be a "special girl" by almost all of the elders she interacted with in the Human Relam.  At the tender age of 14 Luz was able to make her first trip to the Boiling Isles, discovering the opportunity of becoming a witch for a summer.

Now Luz is 17, and after a lot of convincing for her dear mother, Luz was allowed to finish her education in magic at Hexside Academy. Only thing is alot can change in 3 years but unfortunately so does the Boiling Isles.
