Revive the family, revive the church, revive the nation, Oh, Lord, is my prayer. Our nation is ripe for revival. Sin is running rampant. Wickedness is on every corner. Corruption has increased in the White House. Pastors are compromising the Word of God. Our families are being torn apart. Our children are left to themselves. Homosexuals have come out of the closet in droves demanding their rights. Perverts are exploiting our children like never before. Rebellion and disobedience are evident in every area of society. Bitterness, envy, and hatred are showing their faces like never before. The love of many has truly waxed cold.

The following pages are my reflections of my last 13 years battling with mental health issues and my recent return to God. These years have been filled with struggle, traumas, and pain. It's no coincidence that when these struggles started, I turned my back on God and my faith and spent most of the rest of these years in darkness, depression, and despair. However, since returning to my faith, I have experienced a tremendous amount of healing, and my life has changed in ways I didn't think possible. Once haunted with my past, I have now rediscovered hope in my life, and the sting associated with my mental health issue have begun to fade. Each topic in this book covers some aspect of my mental health journey and how God has transformed my life and my perspective. This is the story of my healing.
