There were neon yellow circles at the thumbs of its wings, too. It looked horrifying. Even more horrifying is that he now knows that this creature, whatever it is, has spotted him. This was probably one of the "Disassembly Drones" his parents were talking about. "Oh no." He thought in horror. Along the way, he meets new friends, uncovers more mysteries about the past, and tries to find a cure to the Absolute Solver. This story has been cancelled. Sorry lads. Thanks for sticking around. Enter Y/n, an independent human spacefarer looking to explore the galaxy. His main goal is to discover and learn about an alien species, assuming there are any out there. Imagine his surprise when a malfunction in his ship causes him to make an emergency crash-landing on the nearby Copper-9. Despite surviving with minimal injuries, the ship is totaled and he's stranded on this tundra-void exoplanet. Is there any chance of survival? This is a passion project, and I'm not going to lie to you, it takes me awhile to come up with any creative ideas. Please be patient with this story. The Abyss of Time
Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world. They want the new colony to be a cyborg colony in which they will rebuild their strength and practice their way of life. During the fighting, though, the starship is damaged, so that instead of travelling light years across space it ends up a billion years in the future, alongside a planet Earth that is near the end of its life. The cyborgs, momentarily defeated, leave the ship in a captured landing craft and go down to the planet, but before they go they sabotage the ship so that it is no longer able to support life. The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. Copper-9, an exoplanet with minerals to mine and a cheap, easy-to-make work force to mine them: Worker Drones. With Worker Drones comes Disassembly Drones, their "natural" predators. Sent from beyond to slaughter all of the cowardly workers who hide in bunkers for fear of death. Except Mallory. The bastard only stays inside to sleep all day in a nice warm bed and gives lip to anyone that wakes him up. So when a surprisingly short Murder Drone waltzes right into the bunker, panic ensues, and panic makes noise, and noise tends to wake people up. == Story of a sleepy eepy guy who wishes to his sleep paralysis demon that people would leave him the [BEEP] alone. But where's a good story where everything goes the way someone wants? Got the idea from some art randomly and thought, " Ay, that's pretty good."
