Skylann or as what people call her Sky is a 17 year old girl that has been forced to move out from Miami Florida to LA California cause her mother got a promotion from her job there. When Sky registers to a very famous and popular school where all the "wanna-bes" are at Sky thinks that she won't fit in but her mother tries to convince her that she will since she's got an incredible voice. So as Sky goes to her first day at Hollywood High she discovers a lot, Chloe who's the most popular girl in school who immediately feels threatened by Sky as soon as she lays eyes on her. Ansel who is the most popular boy in the Lacross team who's also with Chloe bumps into Sky and finds out that they have a lot in common. As Ansel and Sky try to get to know each other Chloe and her friends tries to break up the bond but Ansel one day catches her in the piano room hearing her sing, he joins her and he starts singing with her as well. Will Ansel get the chance to tell Sky how he really feels about her?? Or will Sky finally be able to build the courage to tell him how she really feels about him? Will Chloe find out and try to ruin Sky's reputation for revenge?

It is not long before Jago, the ruler of Saffire, learns that a woman on Saffire is pregnant and he unleashes all his power to prevent the birth. Jago will not give up power. Demalynn is surprised to find out she is the Helper, but is astounded to learn the identity of the Gravidarum. Demalynn must battle to stay alive and fumbles towards the realization that Aiden is much more than a close friend. She is certain, with the certainty that only a seventeen-year-old can possess, that Aiden is her only true love. Demalynn is desperate to find a way back home until she must make a choice: stay with Aiden on Saffire or go back home and re-unite her family. There's no place like home.
