After a tiring day working as a 119 caller, Yu 'Mt Lady' Takeyama gets a call from her boyfriend, Shinji Nishiya. She answers the Facetime and the horrors start. 

Detective Kamihara immediently cancels his holiday to work on the case, but that isn't what he's worried about.  What makes him uncomfortable is the sudden 'partnership' with the Musutafu Security Intelligence Agency.  

To catch the perpetrator, Kamihara needs to throw aside his distaste for the MSIA. With his temporary partner Agent 'Miruko' Usagiyama, they must find whoever is behind the calls, figure out their plans, and take them down before it's too late.  

Because the clock is ticking, and the race against the piling bodies is almost too much to bear.
