I described a sunset to a friend of mine after witnessing one of the weirdest things ever. The sun in the sky was pink, I could see it with my naked eye, and the sky was a dull grey. It was captivating. Then the sun slowly began to fade, from the bottom up, till it dissapeared complely. A few minutes later, the sun fade back into view the same way it dissapeared. When it set, the view was spectacular. After describing it to my friend, I rewrote the description, and I got this. It's a short and sweet poem.

He would look up and see dullness in the sky. An endless, blank canvas. When Ed was alive, he could make so many colorful, radiant, and just plain beautiful paintings in the sky. Using the clouds, the sun or the stars, and his heart. He'd pour his heart out telling Ed about how amazing the sky looked. Ed smiled at how creative Roy was. They loved each other. As far as they know, no animal has been killed, until now. "The beautiful red bird soared through the ocean blue sky and perched on the top tree branch. There it sang the most beautiful tune. As he starred at the bird, he noticed how the feathers shined in the sunlight. The bird had a bright red body but the top of it's head was dark black. Amidst this chaos, a shadowy figure materialized, her countenance contorted into a sinister smirk. With teeth bared like a predator, the enigmatic being reveled in her newfound dominance. Her name was whispered in fear and awe-The Shadow. She possessed an arsenal of lethal weapons, her claws gleaming ominously in the dim light. Fear was foreign to her, for she embraced the darkness that enveloped her. Beware, for the arrival of the Night loomed ominously, signaling the demise of the radiant Sun.
