This is a tale of heroes and heroines fated together to fight the wicked twist of their world's future.

A serial-killer huntress, a smart but lonely heiress, a rebellious city chick who thinks she's the prettiest and an ingenious thief whose talent is to escape retributions; four terribly diverse mortals who were categorized as "mutes" or mortals with no supernatural attributes.

Each one faces different odds in their distinctive life in the kind of world where a special power or a "seal" is the most paramount entity. They feel oppressed and mediocre in the world of the extraordinaries.

Then bizarre events are starting to happen...

They got entangled with bellicose institution as 'test subjects' and were forced to undergo an experiment that caused their bodies to induce a 'seal'.

Things get complicated even more when they dared to run away from the institution using the 'acquired seal' and later on realize that they can't go back to their normal lives...anymore.

Then a prophecy from long time ago, handed down by the deities, a very unexpected divine intervention, foretold a catastrophic future of their planet and had destined them to prevent the disaster and fulfill a grim mission.

To make the perilous adventure survivable, fate let their paths cross with the other missing pieces of the prophecy...The five gentlemen who are, unlike them, gifted with mind-blowing powers.
