the Hanahaki disease is an illness born from insufficient love, where the patient's throat will fill up with flowers, they will then proceed to throw and cough up the petals.
(yes i know the hanahaki disease is born from unrequited love, but i decided to just change it.)

In most cases the diagnosed is known to experience excessive coughing sessions and throwing out flower petals of their beloved's favourite kind of flower accompanied by some blood and/or mucus. Junhui is happy, with himself and his beloved who seems inclined to stay by his side. One unfortunate night and they are back again. Way more vigilant in their stance this time.
