Sakusa Kiyoomi was one of the best doctors in Japan. He had an unspoken rule to never talk to his patients about something unrelated to the illness or anything concerned. His workmates found it weird, but never bothered to know why he was like that.
That was until his secret was revealed when a certain patient came.
