People are born inherently 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥... right? Perhaps not, perhaps so. How do villains 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 villains? Is it simply the cards that fate drew for them? Or is it a choice?
The Wraith has always been a villain of renowned status and power, but power doesn't come naturally. Her life before her reign as the leader of the Seijin was much different and much more chaotic as she came into her own. The only question is what happened to her to make her so... cruel? The people she tore down, the life she left behind, and the friends she deceived were merely stepping stones for her to become a reaper of death and demise.
Oh and what 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘺 stepping stones those were...

After not getting a quirk from All Might and just barely passing the U.A. Entrance Exam, Izuku and his mother are taken hostage in the League of Villains' base. Izuku receives a special task with another one of his peers, and that task is to spy and collect secret intel on U.A. And if he doesn't?
