So I wanted to test my hand at an reader insert book so um, here's a story with you and Shikamaru Nara from the anime Naruto... because we all love our lazy genius.

Y/N L/N is a new student at Konoha High School. She used to be a cheerful girl, always trying to show the world a smile but after her father abandoned her and her mother when she was small, she closed herself off from everyone.
Hoping to help her daughter open up again, Y/N's mother moves them to Konoha for a fresh start. Of course, Y/N resents this idea and attempts to keep everyone at a distance but what happens when a lazy boy takes a surprising interest in her and refuses to leave her all alone.
