Reese Harper has been doing this for awhile- five years, to be exact. He thought he had it down to a science. See patients, help patients, get paid, go home. But by the fourth time someone interrupted a session for something stupid, he realized he needed an assistant.

Noah Conners was fresh out of college. His bright and optimistic personality really won over the interview for Dr. Harper. A psychiatrists office really needed a positive person in it.

But Dr. Harper never signed up to raise the kid.
