It's a whole new year for Casey and her friends and she hopes that she can have a quiet sophomore year with her friends, but you can't always get what you want.
A new evil threatens the town of Beacon Hills with metal doctors lurking in the shadows and creatures they have never seen before. With this new year, relationships will be tested along with their own pack when a boy from the past returns, and Casey can't help but feel some strange pull to him.
During the night they'll be fighting for their lives, but during the day they'll be acting like normal teenagers. Well, as normal as you can get with kids who have supernatural abilities.
