There's a valley hidden deep in a forest filled with many dangers. This isn't just any valley. The valley is rumored to have a magical river activated when someone puts their head into the water. But here's the thing- no one knows what happens because everyone who has dipped their head in the river has disappeared.
Shoto Todoroki, a high schooler, is abused by his father for being a half red-half white tomato. When he finds his classmate, Izuku Midoriya- a broccoli who's constantly bullied, crying by the edge of the forest, he decides to leave his family behind and join forces with Izuku to find the magical river of legend.

You've gone to live with your Aunt Shino, a member of the Wild, Wild Pussycats, though before that you met a certain red-and-white hair coloured person who you've agreed to stay in touch with. As the years go by and high school slowly approaches, when people your age decide to go to hero schools entrance exams in hopes to get in. You decide to attend the entrance exams to UA in the fleeting chance you could possibly get in, though find yourself in the general studies course. You want to be a hero, but as much as you want to, you feel torn as your brother has a strong dislike for heroes. But upon finding out the same candy cane guy you met is attending the same school as you, you rethink about becoming a hero. --- Qurik: Water Fist Desc. "I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home. As the abuse gets worse, it's harder for him to hide it. All the scars and tears will eventually flow over him. The voice in his head doesn't help much. Izuku falls for one of his best friends, Shoto Todoroki. The voice tells him that Todoroki wont love him, so Izuku believes it. Little does Izuku know, that Todoroki feels the same love for Izuku.
