Don't be discouraged by my roblox character picture I've played much more hardcore games too.

This story was written by me, who am I? I am a person who played videogames since a very young age but eventually stopped playing them after realising something. 

This can sort of be considered a guide against gaming addiction. However, I also explore the reasons why people start gaming, what keeps them hooked instead of just talking about methods of quitting them. I am NOT a professional, and my words are to be taken just as an advice from a close friend.
