There is one day where the wind will cease. Our crops will die. One day the sun won't rise. Something will want to kill you at all times. If you don't know how to survive. Consider yourself already dead. Half the world is dead...wait that's an under statement. Most people have been killed. My group made a decision that we would always stick together to survive and try not to fall for each other. Oops looks like I broke that last part already. Twice. We aren't even allowed to leave our rundown building with out more then one person. Lucky for me everyone in my group they are all my friends. Otherwise they wouldn't have been worth saving.

Unrealistic Reality
There are some people who live in a dream world. A world where everything is perfectly fine. There are no fights, no pain, only happiness. These people see the bright side of everything, even the bad things in life. Then there are people who face reality. They know how much some things can hurt and how hard it can be to do the right thing. They have to make hard decisions, life changing ones. They get strangled in a web of lies, and once you're in, you can't get out. I belong to the second group and I am here to inform you that a perfect world doesn't exist. There is no such thing as 'a happily ever after.' We are all in the same game, just different levels. We're dealing with the same hell, only different devils. The night when everything got f*cked up.
The party was quite nice. The school year had just started. But there was too much alcohol, too many problems, and a unfortunate accident that would kill 5 kids, leaving many in grief. Cheating happened, death happened, rape happened, and brought people closer to each other than they've ever been. I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day.
