Izuku Mercer once a quirk-less kid, was approached by some soldiers on his way home from school and told him that they could give quirk-less people quirks, he was happy until he realized what they were going to do to him.
During the 5 days he stayed in this place he figured out what the people were and discovered to be Gentek and BlackWatch. In his time in the, he stayed he makes friends with another quirk-less boy named Alex they took from America. Both injected with DX-1118 or the BLACKLIGHT virus, the experiment is a failure or so they thought.
They both try to escape but Alex sacrifices himself for Izuku to escape, he promises Alex to be the best hero to help people and to smile to make them feel safe like his idol.
