I'm a ghost. Or at least I think I'm a ghost. No one can see me and I've been wandering the world aimlessly for years. I don't remember a time I wasn't a ghost. One day I didn't exist and the next I did. 
For the past 5 years though I've been following a team of supernatural investigators that are working to bring down a trafficking ring. 
Why? Well humans are boring for one. Secondly these men are captivating. Not only are they sexy as sin but I feel drawn to them in a way I've never felt drawn to anyone else. 
So for the past 5 years I've tagged along and pretended to be one of them, dreaming of what would happen if I was real.
What happens when a magical assault pops me out of the veil and into the real world?
Chaos. 
And hopefully chocolate, that stuff looks amazing.

The starting storyline and the summary of this book is based off of Kristy Cunning's Four Psychos as well as Raven Kennedy's Signs of Cupidity. The overall story line and the individual characters are different but there will be similarities between the female protagonists starting points and goals.

When I found out it was too late to save myself. To think and in less than 4 days I will be taken away from my current home and be in a home of my own. I sat on the simple wooden bed hoping that my owner was nice and kind. I hated to think about some of the stories that I heard about the other girls like me. I hated thinking about being exterminated because I made my owner unhappy. I thought to myself that I would try real hard to keep him happy.
