Lola. That's the only thing she remembers. Her name.
She woke up in a metal box that opened into a strange civilisation in the middle of nowhere. The glade. This civilisation only contains boys and she is the first girl ever to appear. But, she knows that she is there for a reason.
Just on her first day she finds out so much about the glade. Like, for example, they're surrounded by miles of maze, there are monsters called grievers and when she meets Ray (A Runner) she realised that her entire memory may not be wiped.
There she meets: Alby, Minho, Newt, Chuck, Gally and the grievers.

But the ones that were there the longest they know. They know the hard truth that would cause other gladers to lose their minds. These few chosen ones became fearless. Warning: As my bio says I am not a native English speaker, I am from Slovakia and English is just my second language. And because Slovakia is some lost country in the middle of Europe I didn't yet get my hands on the Maze Runner books in English I only read them in Slovak and let me tell you that isn't as good...So I will be mainly basing this book on the movie, of course using some things from the books as well from time to time.
