Forever Tobi meets our marine biologist Andre, who seeks to learn more about this race of Forever. Only, Andre didn't want to get the other biologists involved, knowing it could potentially hurt Tobi. They are both sent off to a facility of labs to learn more about what Tobi is. Andre wants to get Tobi out before the government gets too involved.
