keith is trans( only his friends and family know, and lance),he has trauma that resulted as being pregnant at the age of 12, he now has a three year old daughter and her name is Alex Kogane. everyone who knows hes trans knows about Alex too.
none of lances friends and family know that lance and keith are dating because his friends think keith is scary and dangerous and his family think hes straight. But keiths friends and family know.
