After the remains of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria burnt down, William Afton has been cursed and punished by the souls of the children he had killed. In his own personal hell, he has been killed and haunted numerous times.
But the cycle stops when he escapes and gets transfered to a game, and then ultimately ends up in an alternate universe after swapping bodies with a game tester?
Meanwhile, the animatronics back at hell found out of his escape and has hatched a plan to bring him back to captivity. The problem is: they don't have a physical form, for Henry burnt all their animatronic bodies during the fire.
But there was one person whose body was not destroyed:
Golden Freddy.

They managed to save her and had to hide her state, but after the exam, she felt a pull towards something and found herself fully stuck inside of an animatronic fox and then she saw disk that cast illusions over her new body making her to take three cause of her eyes. As time passes, she found a bear animatronic without a outside shell and she fixes him up making him to thank her. They got close over time and she gained enough courage to explain everything to him which had made her show her soul's state to him. Michael's leaving for college soon, so Evan decides to hang out with his brother for his last days. Unfortunately, Evan must miss his friend Sammy's birthday party at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in order to make time for Michael. However, someone's been tampering with the animatronics. William Afton gets a call from his business partner Henry Emily receiving terrible news, which spreads into papers and gives the restaurant a bad reputation. Michael grows curious about the past of Fredbear's diner and begins sticking his nose into the history when things get worse and their family is threatened.
