Wolf's Blood

Samuel had always been nothing than a simple tattoo artist with a few magical commissions. But when a new wolf with an alchemical symbol on her chest shows up with a small pack of the same nature, he's gotta find out what's happening. Sam and an old friend-- Morgan Le Fae-- are going to get to the bottom of a series of disappearances and werewolf sightings in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest of the United States.

An excerpt of an unreleased chapter:

"Does your mother know of what you are Samuel?" The elven man replied, nothing but a small smirk on his face to show any emotion.
I don't know why I wasn't able to speak. It was almost as if I was in the passenger seat while something else took control of me.
I watched the elf stand with a push off the ground as he pulled up a large clamp and chain. He took a few steps over towards Lea, preparing to clamp it over the wolf's throat while she was injured and unconscious. But with the blink of an eye, I watched a large white wolf-like beast almost seem the manifest between the unconscious werewolf and elf.
I glanced around only to see that I was laying alone, not even my own body accompanying me in the dirt. I then looked back to the wolf only to see several strands of electric blue to spark and arc through its fur and a brilliant white light emanate from its mouth.
Whatever that was... it couldn't be me controlling it.
Now all I can do is watch my wolf do what it thought needed to be done. And I just have to sit in the sidelines. . .
