A crime-romance-action "novel" with Connor and Markus (Conkus) from Detroit: Become Human. Inspired a little by the film Did You Hear About The Morgans?, which I do love. The book will be mature and will contain themes of crime, abuse, vulgar language and general violence. This is an idea that I've been working on/thinking about in my mind for quite a while, so I've just decided to write it. Book title is inspired (and I guess taken from) the song of the same name by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.All Rights Reserved

I won't lie I kinda hate myself for writing this but the ideas kept flowing so here we go It would take a long time for androids to be equal to humans, but at least the first steps had been made. Connor, a prototype for a detective android who managed to go deviant and form a friendship with an old police Lieutenant who drinks just a little too much was one of those androids who liked to believe he had a hand in the outcome of the Android Revolution. The rules were when the Deviant case was solved, Connor would return to Cyberlife, but now that androids were people he could stay in the police department- and you bet your ass he did. Everything was going smoothly for about a month or so until Connor and his best partner Hank are chasing after a serial killer and Connor gets injured on the job. Will Hank be able to finish the case without his partner there every step of the way? And an even bigger question: How will the Lieutenant handle Connors replacement - the RK900? An RX800 android, Brent being her best friend Then, after a supposed terrorist bombing at the Stratford tower, she is thrown into a police investigation head first, the only person with she could really communicate was an RK800 android named Connor. Throughout the investigation, however, (name) grows a strong attachment to Connor, with him treating her like an actual equal than a strange foreigner.
