Brooke Delmar has always  had a passion for swimming.She was trained by her mom,an Olympic gold medalist to become a skilled swimmer, but after a near death experience in the water she develops a strong phobia for water pushing her to shield herself from the outside world and question her own abilities .
Her mom convinces her to go to a swimming academy determined to help her get over her fear. She meets Sione, a terrible swimmer who has a strong passion for swimming and is ready to learn.
