The rain cascaded from the sky, hitting the ground like bullets. Zen watched as the droplets hit the window of the bus, rolling down and disappearing out of view. His raven, Willow, sat comfortably in his lap, the rise and fall of his body under his hand the only thing bringing comfort. He had recently been kicked out of his coven... and his home. Sent off with a bag of his stuff, the rest shipped off to a small inn in a sleepy little town called Hallow Oak. It was recommended by his brother, or at least that's what he would've called him if he hadn't turned his back on him. No one from that no good group of backstabbers would ever be considered family again. Those people have tainted Zen trust in them, turning there backs in the time he needed them most. He was alone, just him, Willow and whatever lies in his future. Or... maybe he wasn't alone at all.
