In this world, Izuku Midoriya has a quirk. It's called Cipher. He has the same powers as the alleged dream demon, Bill Cipher and dreams to be a hero along with his overprotective friend Bakugou Katsuki.
Meanwhile, in the past and in an era without quirks, the twins had returned to Gravity Falls two years later when the time police came for them, saying that Bill had reincarnated as a human in the future and that they were to go to the future, which would automatically grant them quirks, and get into best hero school that is UA with their target.
How will this end for out three heroes? Will Izuku's past affect him as much as the twins fear? And why does he keep getting these dreams of Weirdmagedon?

From Vigilante to Hero (Vigilante Izuku Fanfic) (Discontinue & being rewritten)
Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.Abgeschlossene Geschichte

Why, why can't he be a hero thought Izuku as All Might left him alone on the roof top overlooking the city. But little did Izuku knew was he wasn't truly alone rather someone with good intensions was waiting patiently on the roof with him ...a friend. This is a fanfic asking a question what if Izuku never got One For All and never got a quirk at all. Instead someone one else found him and offered him power that didn't stem from a quirk, rather it stemmed from the use of energies that are better described as magic. As two separate dimensional factions collide, vying for supremacy over the dimension one benign the other not so much. As you may have guessed I'm covering my butt on this but I don't own or never will own My Hero Academia. The only things I can say I own is well a few characters that are put into this story and concepts that stem from the content these characters originate from, and truth be told I didn't want to write this but I'd rather keep my two hundred dollars and write this fanfic because I lost a bet. I should also mention that this will follow semi-closely to the original story line of MHA with of course deviations as quite a few of the conflicts and plot points stemming from Izuku gaining One For All won't happen. Instead naturally they will be replaced with new plot points and conflicts originating from the absence of them for example the Meta Liberation Army will no doubt be gunning for Izuku due to the fact he has powers without a quirk.
