When Shan Mehra, 18 years old enters the premises of the captivating yet an unknown world of a medical college , he also doesn't knows what kind of person he will become there. 
But the span of events makes him make the choise of who he is going to be. Will he choose it correctly.  This story or more honestly a fact based on a real incident spins around achieving all you wanted in your life and even on that collosal height not losing the innate goodness to notice the pain of others. It is about lost hopes made to live again. About startings,  made when the end was assumed to have came.
