Brooklyn Townsend lived a busy life.She was the star swimmer on her Highschool's team and was busy maintaining a 4.0 due to her parents high standards. Her life was composed of school, swim practice and homework. Most of her teammates hated her because she had the position on the team everyone wanted. Her only true friend is a girl named Annabeth, who is also disliked for being a good swimmer. One day though Brooklyn's life changes when a Junior from Alaska
moves to her city of Portland Oregon. With his dashing good looks and shy personality, he catches her off guard. Brooklyn knows that her life is too busy to think about a possible relationship and she bans herself from wanting one. But Jake is just so...amazing. And sometimes no matter how hard you try to stop something, fate doesn't listen.
