Her life was hard growing up. She lived in Southside Atlanta, which is deemed to be the 'ghetto'. She was raised by her mother since her dad walked out of her life at a young age.

Even though her family looked at her as 'the one to get pregnant before she was 17', she managed not to. She figured she wanted more out of her life and that she didn't want her child to grow up in Southside Atlanta like she did.
