Two years ago, Marie was ripped away from her universe, her home, and her family. Marie was then dropped into Earth 16, where she was found by Hal Jordan, a Green Lantern. The lantern took the then ten-year-old to the Justice League, in order to find a way to send her back to her home. The League quickly found out that sending the wind-powered girl would not be as easy as they thought and Marie's stay in this universe will be extended. Green Lantern and this new kid were now stuck together, as the League figures out a way to send her back. After a couple of months, Hal offered Marie a position as his sidekick, in the meantime so she had something to do. Marie then became the sidekick, known as Spirit. 

Now twelve years old, Marie Jordan, still no way home. Now has to come to face the fact that she may never go back to her home universe and start making a life on Earth 16.

They are a team, and when someone on the team is keeping secrets their very surprised that it is non other than the carefree, happy speedster kidflash. They all have pasts, some hiding more than others but kidflash is slipping lately. His smile is forced and his lies are catching up to him. What will the justice League do for their teammate? Will they find out whats wrong? Will they help him before his time runs out? Dangerous foes, kidnappings, evil plots, secrets and pain.
