The Facility Chronicles

Every resident and worker at the strange, mental asylum-type place known as "the facility" or "CCC" has some kind of supernatural abnormality to them, though the workers abnormalities are less outwardly obvious. CCC stands for Capture, Contain, Care. All residents are required to make a log entry about their abnormality. Log entries are updated after certain periods of time. This a a collection of some of these log entries in no special numerical or chronological order. Also, residents numbers don't always match with the time they arrive.
Each entry is titled with the resident's name and number and has a note from one of the doctors at the end.
