In this world, you learn of your soulmate at age 16. You get an hour in their body per soulmate - it's only in a dream world similar to reality, though.
On Logan's birthday, he, Roman, Patton, and Virgil get their dreams. It is customary to leave a basic introduction card next to your bed, as the Dream Scape copies reality. One of the four, however, gives no hint to who he is.
Follow the group as they begin the search for each other.
There are trigger warnings by chapter.
After reviewing the Wattpad guidelines, I have decided it is best if I add a Mature warning to this story. This is due to potentially triggering themes related to mental health and very very brief conversations about sexual relations.

The Borrower and the Fairy Prince
*Completed* Virgil has never had it easy, not since he was kicked out of his home by his own father. He's struggled to survive, and has fought for food. He sees what should have been an easy meal, some berries on a tree hanging over the river. It should have been easy to get it, of course the stupid branch had to break and he was sent plummeting into the river. Roman loves to sneak away from his colony and his fae duties to head to the river, he's always wondered what is on the other side of it. Of course, he and everyone else in his colony is banned from crossing it. One day though, a stranger with no wings and a tail washes up on the river bank. When he takes him back to the colony, he's put in charge of taking care of him. Thomas has inherited his home from family, it's in the middle of nowhere in a forest. It was nice, and not too far from his home is a nice river he can explore. Of course it can't be so simple though, since Thomas is in debt and could very well lose the home. Not wanting to lose a home that had been in his family for so long, he struggles to find some way to pay it off. [multishippers, get your asses in here. this one's for you 💖] Roman Trente has a few things. A roommate that he's gotten fond of. Well, as fond as you can be of a short, emo nightmare. Fond nonetheless. They're as close as he'd like them to be. Which is very, very close. A job, where he gets to see that one cute coworker every day, and they can trade snarky comments about whatever sparks their interest that day. Nothing like handing someone a hot coffee while a hot guy whispers hot takes in your ear. A secret, double life, fighting the supervillain Illusion. Who, it just so happens, has the most adorable smile and laugh and eyes and - superheroes were not supposed to be attracted to the very people trying to hurt their city, right? Nor were they supposed to help them defend it against an even worse, more deadly one. Roman Trente has, in summary, the perfect life. If this makes you uncomfortable or triggers you then don't read it! Virgil is a poor peasant under the curse of an evil warlock who only goes by the name Deceit. Roman, the young and popular dashing king is lonely and is in search of a queen or king. The two bump into each other on accident and worlds collide between the two. Roman suddenly feels like he has company and Virgil has a new feeling he can't describe. When Virgil's master finds out it only brings hell for the star-cross lovers with a curse and a whole lot of trouble standing in the way between the two.
